Emilee advises Public Democracy America's Better Angels Program on best communications and outreach strategies to empower communities and organizations for the common good.

She specializes in engaging hard-to-reach audiences through digital campaigns across a range of platforms. 

​

Previously, Emilee was a Fulbright Fellow in Colombia, Congressional Press Fellow in the House of Representatives, and historian of women's rights in Guatemala and Argentina. Emilee graduated from Davidson College where she studied history and hispanic studies.

Emilee enjoys coffee three times a day, trying to keep her plants alive, and spending time with her dogs, Tallulah and Juanita.
