STEP TWO:

Use effective online interventions at moments when individuals are most desperate and seeking help

  • By layering in keyword clustering, competitor analyses on high-trafficked websites, and behavior histories, we have been able to build a much deeper understanding of how to find who needs help and what they are open to.

  • We do this by using ads, promoted news stories, invitations to join support communities, and recommended content to effectively provide individuals confidential resources, opportunities for treatment, and escape from dependency.

  • Family members and caretakers of those struggling with opioid dependency also have a unique online footprint, allowing the same tools to deliver resources specifically geared toward the needs of family and supporters. Because we are responding to a need and behavior, this can be done very gently and naturally in a way many will not even realize is targeted.
